Update for June 3, 2010
The Summer road opening / closure schedule started Monday, May 17th.
For the week of June 7th to June 11th the Contractor will be working nights to finish backfilling Wall 6, continued subgrade work, culvert installation(s), and possible base aggregate placement in selected areas.
The Contractor will be working this week from 4:00pm through 6:00am – Monday through Thursday night
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
