Update for May 27, 2010
The Summer road opening / closure schedule started Monday, May 17th.
For the week of May 31st to June 4th the Contractor will be working nights backfilling Wall 6, continued subgrade work, culvert installation(s), and possible base aggregate placement in selected areas.
The Contractor will be working this week from 4:00pm through 6:00am – Tuesday through Thursday night
That portion of the Salmon River Road under construction will be open to public traffic from 6:00am Friday, May 28th through 4:00pm Tuesday, June 1st. Have a safe holiday!
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
