Update for November 12, 2009
For the week of November 16th to November 20th the Contractor will be working days. The Contractor plans on continuing to backfill in front of the walls throughout the project, planting of trees and shrubs in various areas of the project, fence work, utility conduit installation, and various other project related work will be taking place.
Concrete barrier has been placed at the Wall 6 location and the temporary traffic signals will be operating for the safety of all. This is a long and narrow section of the roadway with limited sight distance, so caution and courtesy towards fellow travelers is recommended.
The Contractor will be working on Friday, November 20th.
There is no night work planned for this week.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
