The “new” project will connect the current Little Salmon River Bridge project with the current Salmon River Road project and also includes extending the road construction from the Lake Creek Bridge to the Spring Bar Campground.
For the week of October 26th to October 30th the Contractor will be working days. They will continue backfilling along with installing drop inlets (3) and culverts (3) at Wall 10 and Wall 11. At Wall 3 finish work in preparation for backfilling will start. Various other small project related tasks may be accomplished time permitting.
There is no work planned for Friday, October 30th. Road open to the public starting Thursday the 29th at 6:00pm.
There is no night work planned for this week.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
