Update for September 24, 2009
The project is now working under the “winter” road opening/closure schedule. Be aware of the “winter” road opening/closure times so it does not interfere with your travel plans. Check out the Travel Info section on the website for the full monthly schedule(s).
For the week of September 28th to October 2nd the Contractor will be working days. They will be doing concrete finishing work at Wall 10, tying rebar, forming, with a concrete pour at Wall 3 late in the week, and various other small project related tasks.
There will be no work on Friday, October 2nd of this week.
There is no night work planned for this week.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
