Update for 10 September, 2009
The “winter” road opening/closure schedule starts on Monday, September 14th. Be aware of the “winter” road opening/closure times so it does not interfere with your travel plans. Check out the Travel Info section on the website for the full monthly schedule(s).
For the week of September 14th to September 18th the Contractor will start working days. They will be doing concrete finishing work at Wall 10, installing rebar at Wall 11 and Wall 3, and various other small project related tasks.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
