Update for March 20, 2009
"Note: Revised road opening/closure in effect"
Starting March 9th the “revised” daily road opening/closure schedule began for the ongoing road construction. For the detailed schedule for March, click on the ‘March 2009 Schedule’ in the orange TRAVEL INFO section above.
For the week March 23rd through March 27th, the Contractor plans on continuing wall excavation, continuing wall construction, drilling of soil nails for the temporary shoring, and utility vault installation as time permits.

For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
