Update for December 5, 2008
* NOTICE *
The road-opening/road closure schedule for the Salmon River Road construction project is on Tuesdays 1:00pm to 2:00pm and Thursdays 1:00pm to 2:00pm. This will continue up to the 2009 summer schedule (mid-May).
On Fridays the road-opening time of 4:00pm, as stated in the schedule, is subject to change weekly depending on the Contractor’s operations. The Friday road-opening time will be updated on the project, and the website, as soon as it is known.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
Here is a glance at the week of December 8th to December 12th showing the Tuesday – Thursday mid-day road opening/closure times and the Friday road opening time

There will be no night “Road Closures” this week: Monday, December 8th through Thursday, December 11th. The road will be open from 5:00pm to 8:00am this week.

There will be a project update meeting held at the Best Western Salmon River Rapids Lodge on Monday, December 8th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
