Update for November 20, 2008
For the week of November 17th through November 21st the Contractor’s focus was on drilling (day/night), blasting, rip rap placement, and some minor rebar prefab work for Wall 10.
The Salmon River Road will be open from 1:00 pm Friday, November 21st until 8:00 am Monday, December 1st for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Enjoy, and drive safely.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.

This notice is to inform you that starting December 1, 2008, the mid-day road-opening/road closure schedule for the Salmon River Road construction project will now be on Tuesdays 1:00pm to 2:00pm and Thursdays 1:00pm to 2:00pm. This will continue up to the 2009 summer schedule (mid-May).
On Fridays the road-opening time of 4:00pm, as stated in the schedule, is subject to change weekly depending on the Contractor’s operations. We will try and update the Friday road-opening time as soon as it is known.
