Update for October 31, 2008
For the week of October 27th through October 31st the Contractor’s focus was on generating and placing rip rap, slope work, excavation, and minor embankment construction.
During the day for the week of November 3rd through November 7th the Contractor will continue to work on installing culverts, excavation and drilling shoring anchors at Wall #10, and small blasting operations to generate rip rap.
The Contractor will only be working nights on Wednesday November 5th and Thursday November 6th. See schedule below for road opening / closure times.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
