Update for October 17, 2008
For the week of October 13th through October 17th the Contractor’s focus was on generating and placing rip rap, slope work, and minor embankment construction over Short’s Creek.
During the day for the week of October 20th through October 24th the Contractor will continue to work on generating and placing rip rap, installing culverts, and continuing slope work.
No night work for the week of October 20th through October 24th. The road will be open to public traffic 6:00pm through 8:00am.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
