Update for September 5, 2008
For the week of September 1st the Contractor focused on the “in-water” work that consisted of finishing the placement of sandbags to isolate the work area from the river and beginning to place the rip rap as designed.
The Contractor will be starting the fall/winter schedule next week (Monday, September 8th through Friday, September 12th).
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, raft, or just to enjoy, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
