Update for August 22, 2008
For the week of August 18th the Contractor focused on preparation for some “in-water” work that will be taking place over the next few weeks. Road work has been at a minimum and traffic has been enjoying the brief respite from the flaggers and pilot car.
The Contractor will be working nights next week (Sunday, August 24th through Wednesday, August 27th).
For those of you planning on visiting the area cover Labor Day weekend, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also. When the Contractor is working at night please watch for the flaggers and the pilot car that are there for the safety of all.
