Update for June 27, 2008

The weather finally decided it was time to get summer started. Let‘s hope for continued sunshine and those warm temperatures for the campers, fishermen rafters, and all the other 4th of July revelers.

The road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety and everyone else's safety also.

The Contractor has elected not to work Thursday night, July 3rd. That portion of the Salmon River Road under construction will be open from 6:00 AM Thursday through 4:00 PM Monday, July 7th. Have a great weekend and remember to be safe in all you do.

Here is the summer schedule at a glance:

Time Delay
9 p.m. to 6 a.m. 2-hour delays
6 a.m. to 4 p.m. open road
4 p.m. to 9 p.m. 30-minute delays
